      Quick Salad
      Featured Winter Garden product: Pickled Eggs
      Prep time: 5 minutes
      Serves: 2
      Ingredients:
      • Winter Garden pickled eggs
        (2 count package) Sliced or diced
      • Mixed greens
      • 4 slices of deli turkey
      • Raw fresh, carrots, celery, bell peppers, or onions - your choice
      • Low fat dressing - your choice

      How to make it:
      1. Wash and dry the greens
      2. Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces
      3. Slice the turkey into strips
      4. Assemble everything in storage container, drizzle with dressing. The Winter Gardens Pickled Eggs look fantastic on top of the salad! Take to go!

      Featured Winter Garden product: Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad
      Prep time: 5 minutes
      Serves: 2
      Ingredients:
      • Winter Garden Tuna or Chicken Salad
      • Mixed Greens
      • Sandwich wrap, your favorite
      • Raw Fresh vegetables - your choice
      • 1/2 cup of chicken or tuna salad

      How to make it:
      1. Wash and dry the greens
      2. Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces
      3. Portion about 1/4 cup of either Winter Garden Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad on the center of a sandwich wrap.
      4. Add vegetables and greens. Take to go!

  • Fun with Friends and Family

    • Pumpkin Bread Pudding with coffee flavored whipped cream
      Great for a large gathering!
      Featured Winter Garden product: Pumpkin Bread Pudding
      Prep time: 15 minutes
      Serves: 25-30
      Ingredients:
      • Winter Garden Pumpkin Bread Pudding
        1 tray
      • Whipped Cream, or Non-dairy topping - about 2 cups
      • Coffee flavor or coffee flavored liquor
      • Chopped Nuts - your choice about 1/4 cup.
      • Ground Cinnamon
      Note: use a large decorative bowl to make the prettiest presentation.
      How to make it:
      1. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out balls of the bread pudding placing them into a large bowl. (Clear glass looks fantastic!)
      2. Either make your own whipped cream or use a non-dairy topping. To it add about a teaspoon of coffee flavor or coffee liquor.
      3. Spoon dollops of the flavored cream or topping on the scooped bread pudding
      4. Garnish with ground cinnamon and nuts. Chef's note:(There are cinnamon grinders in the grocery stores that provide a beautiful and tasty dusting of cinnamon to surfaces of desserts that I recommend.)
      5. Hold the finished dessert in the fridge until serving time.
    • CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER TREATS
      (great for Halloween Parties)
      Featured Winter Garden products: Winter Gardens Peanut Butter Crunch and, Chocolate Pudding
      Prep time: 15 minutes
      Serves: 30+
      Ingredients:
      • Winter Gardens Double Chocolate Pudding
        4 lb bag
      • Winter Gardens Peanut Butter Crunch
        1 tray
      • 30 Clear Plastic cups (8-10 oz) and spoons
      How to make it:
      1. Cut one of the corners off the chocolate pudding bag, about 1/4 inch for ease of dispensing.
      2. Squeeze about 1/8 of a cup of Winter Gardens Double Chocolate Pudding into each cup.
      3. Top each cup with about 1/4 cup of the Winter Gardens Peanut Butter Crunch.
      4. Sprinkle each cup with the chocolate and peanut butter chips that are in a separate bag contained in the box of peanut butter crunch box. You may also garnish with other chocolate or peanut butter candies/nuts.

  • What's for Dinner?

    • Pasta with Creamy Tomato Sauce
      A quick and easy side dish for dinner. Grilled or roasted chicken can be added to make it a main dish.
      Featured Winter Garden product: Tomato Bisque
      Prep time: 20-30 minutes
      Serves: 4-6
      Ingredients
      • Winter Garden Tomato Bisque (Soup)
        1 quart/2 lb container
      • Pasta - one box of your choice, cooked to package instructions, kept warm for serving.
      • Fresh Basil, chopped (1 stalk of leaves only)
      • Grated Cheese, Parmesan is suggested
      How to make it:
      1. In the pot that you used to cook the pasta, add the Winter Gardens Tomato Bisque, heat until it is about 180 degrees over low to medium heat. Add in the pre-cooked pasta and stir until well blended. Portion into bowls.
      2. Or you may heat the soup and portion about 1/4 cup over individual bowls of pre-cooked pasta.
      3. Garnish with the basil and grated cheese. Serve hot.
