- Winter Garden pickled eggs
(2 count package) Sliced or diced - Mixed greens
- 4 slices of deli turkey
- Raw fresh, carrots, celery, bell peppers, or onions - your choice
- Low fat dressing - your choice
How to make it:
- Wash and dry the greens
- Cut the vegetables into bite sized pieces
- Slice the turkey into strips
- Assemble everything in storage container, drizzle with dressing. The Winter Gardens Pickled Eggs look fantastic on top of the salad! Take to go!
